    SETUP MOVING THE CHAIR Move the chair with at least 2 people, taking care to hold the swiveling base steady. Place chair on stable, flat surface. For safety, do not place the chair in a space with excess heat or humidity. Avoid placing the chair in a location with intense direct sunlight, which can cause the leather to fade, discolor, or dry out.
  • Page 9 SETUP Safety Precautions Before Use - Ensure that there are no pets or children behind or underneath the chair. - Ensure there are no rips or tears in the leather covering. Movable massage parts underneath can cause injury if exposed. - DO NOT USE if you see tears, rips, or any sign of damage.

    SETUP GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS This product must be grounded. If it should malfunction or breakdown, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock. This product is equipped with a cord having an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug.

    CONTROLLER OPERATION SEATING POSITION AND PILLOWS: To begin, take off the back pillow and set it aside. Flip the neck pillow backward to move it out of the way. - Note: For a more stylish appearance, replace the back and neck pillows when the chair is not in use.
  • Page 12 CONTROLLER OPERATION Back Massage Mode - Press to turn on the back massage functions. Massage nodes will move up and down the full length of your back throughout. - To target just the upper or lower back, press Airbag Massage - Press to turn on the airbag massage functions.

    PRODUCT STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE Turn off when not in use To prevent accidental use or injury: once the unit has stopped, press on the operation panel to power down, then flip the main power to “off” and unplug the unit. To Clean Main Unit: Wipe surfaces with a damp cloth using only a light natural detergent/soap.

If the Cocoon still malfunctions or does not work, please turn off the chair and remove the power plug from the electrical outlet. This warranty expires in TWO (2) years on parts, and ONE (1) year on labor after the date of purchase.
