Step 2 Open Internet Explorer, and choose Tools > Internet Options.
Step 3 Select the Advanced tab page, ensure that Use TLS 1.1 and Use TLS 1.2 have been selected,
and click OK.

If no adapter is used, connect the straight-through cable from the PC to the iBOX host (LAN switch).
