REPAIR Disassembly Open lid of the dust-bag compartment. Tools Remove 4 screws T15 (arrows). Required tools for disassembly: • screw driver T15 • flat-bladed screwdriver • pliers Before disassembly Remove dust bag. Remove accessory. Remove exhaust- / HEPA-filter. Remove motor-protection filter. Open lid of the exhaust-filter. - Page 8 Put appliance on it side. Unlock spindle carefully (2) and pull it carefully out of the potentiometer of the control electronics(3). Remove rear wheels. Unlock upper housing-part (Pfeile) and remove upper housing-part. Remove upper housing-part with cover. Remove adapter (1) from spindle. Remove outer housing.

FAULT DIAGNOSTICS Faulty resistor on motor electronics Check motor electronics at any kind of repair. General troubleshooting 7.2.1 Affected appliances Motor Possible error: Cable is broken BSG82480/15 (from FD9006 to FD9008) check by connecting the motor directly to the mains 7.2.2 Symptom Resistor R6 has not the specified value of 220 Ω. -
