3. Determine the desired mounting height of wall rack. Note: The vertical bar is 46" long and the wall mount
brackets should be located ~4" from each end of the bar.
4. Plumb (align vertically) the first upper wall bracket (C) at desired height on wall and mark location of mounting
screw hole. Ensure wall bracket is in correct orientation, as shown in pictures. Drill pilot hole where marked,
using a drill bit narrower than the screws' threads of the provided wall screw.
5. Securely mount upper wall bracket using wall screw and washer provided.
6. Place the vertical track (A) in the wall bracket just installed so that the 4
lined up with the wall bracket holes. Install a quick-release pin (D) thru the bracket holes to temporarily hold the
track in place.

1. Determine the length of items to be stored and the necessary spacing
between supports. Recommend consulting the equipment manual for
each item, or if not available, use 40% of the items length as a starting
point for determining support spacing. Example; 10' kayak x 0.4 = 4'
2. Use a stud finder to locate wall studs for the installation of wall
brackets (C). Do not recommend mounting solely in drywall. Use studs
closest to the desired spacing from step 1.
Example; 4' = 3 stud spacing @ 16" o.c.
