USER INSTRUCTIONS - Carefully read all instructions before using the Self-Retracting Lifeline (SRL). See ‘Glossary’ in “General Instructions for Use and Maintenance” for identifi cation of numbered items in a white box. TRAINING: It is the responsibility of the users of this equipment to understand these instructions, and to be trained in the correct installation, use, and maintenance of this equipment. - Page 4 Inspection Guidelines: To ensure safe, effi cient operation, the Rebel™ SRL must be inspected per the instructions in Table 1 at the indicated frequencies.
