- Page 4 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 1. Remove the unit from its box and protective material from around the unit. Inspect the unit for any visible signs of physical damage. If dam- age is evident, repack and contact customer service. 2. The unit can be placed anywhere in a room, but is not recommended for use within 6 feet of beds in unventilated rooms.
