2. Fill the jug with fresh, cold tap
water, paying attention to the
fill level indicator (5) as you do
so. Fill to a minimum of 0.5 li-
tres and a maximum of 1.7 li-
tres (1.7 litres on first use).
3. Push the lid (2) closed until
you hear it click into place.

4. Place the jug on the contact
pin (8).
5. Insert the mains plug (7) into
a properly installed and easily
accessible socket.

switch (6) down until it clicks
into place.The On/Off switch
