11.1 What can I do if I forget the screen unlock password
or pattern?
If you have a Google account:


If you do not have a google account, you can solve this problem by factory resetting your
phone. Factory resetting your phone erases all user data from your phone.
Factory resetting your phone:
Step 1 Press and hold Volume Up and Power button at the same time until the Android screen
shows.
Step 2 Use Volume Down button to scroll down to "wipe data/factory reset".
Step 3 Press Power button.
Step 4 Use Volume Down button to scroll down to "Yes—delete all user data". Then press Power
button.
Step 5 After wiping data is completed, "reboot system now" will be highlighted.
Step 6 Press Power button to finish the factory resetting.
Your phone will be restored to its factory settings.

11.2 Why can I see the pixels on the phone screen in
strong light?
This is a normal phenomenon resulted from the material of your phone screen.

If you draw incorrect patterns five consecutive times, Forgot pattern? will be displayed.
Touch it to log in to your Google account and reset the screen unlock pattern.
If you draw incorrect patterns 20 consecutive times, the Google account login screen will
be directly displayed. Log in to your Google account to reset the screen unlock pattern.
