InitiaI Operation
The blower may not be operated with inadequate
cooling or without the connection of temperature
safety devices (bearing and motor monitoring).
The blower will produce a reverse flow and pressure
built-up when running in wrong direction. For switching
the rotation in the wright direction, exchange two
phases between blower and inverter.
Operation
The start, operation and braking are automatically
monitored. Since the current cannot exceed a
maximum permissible value the blower can be started
and stopped as often as required.
If the system pressure exceeds a certain value (which
is depending from gasmix and laser type the output
frequency will be decreased. This will reduce the
impeller speed and the input power.
Maintenance
The blower is equipped with lifetime greased spindle
ball bearings. They must be exchanged after ca. 18000h.
The individual time depends from the operation and
cooling conditions. Exchange bearings at latest when
the bearing temperature exceed 80°C constantly over
one hour.
