warranty period will be repaired in 14 business days since
the date of delivering the product to the authorized Maxcom
service in Tychy at 23a Towarowa Street. Under special
circumstances, the repair period might be extended to 21
days, upon notification to the customer.
3. Warranty coverage shall be automatically extended by
the number of days the device has been serviced.
4. To obtain service, you are required to include a) a
properly filled out warranty card, b) sales receipt or other
proof of purchase, c) a written description of the problem.
5. Defects or damage resulting from any attempt to repair,
including but not limited to tampering with or altering the
software by someone other than authorized service, are
excluded from coverage.
6. This warranty shall not apply to:
a) normal wear and tear including of batteries,
b) mechanical, thermal and chemical damage and defects
resulting from such
damage,
c) any problems arising from using non-Maxcom devices or
accessories,
d) activities related to configuration and use of device as
described in the
Manual,
e) defects and damage arising from:
- misuse or use noncompliant with the Manual,
- external causes such as short circuit in electrical or
telephone network, lightening, wrong power adapter or
voltage,
- liquid contact, and
- transport.
7. In case of using navigation GPS devices, Maxcom shall
not be liable for any maps sold along with GPS devices or,
in particular, for accuracy of such maps. Maxcom is the
telephone Manufacturer, and GPS maps are created by
companies specializing in servicing GPS devices.
Therefore, any claims or complaints about GPS maps
