To keep your lift in operating service:
1) It is recommended that an authorized Golden Boat Lift dealer inspects this lift twice a
Year.
2) Grease all fittings including the three (3) behind the motor cover with a high
temperature (550) water resistant high impact grease. Wipe excess grease from all zerk
fittings. Remove the boat from the lift when lubricating the cradle sheaves.
3) Inspect all stainless steel braided cable for fraying and kinking. Replace any and all
frayed or kinked cable.
4) It is required that these cables be replaced every 2 to 3 years.
5) Inspect all electrical cable and connections. Be sure the ground fault interrupter is
operable. Reconnect & tighten any loose connections and promptly replace any
frayed or damaged wiring. NOTE: Sacrificial anodes must be maintained and an
electrical disconnect, including neutral and ground, must be provided or warranty
will be null and void.
EXTEND TO DAMAGE CAUSED BY
6) Wipe all exposed aluminum lift surfaces.
7) Rinse cables, rollers and all submersible parts after each use.
8) Check Zinc Anodes on 2 motor Lifts (not applicable on 4 motor).
