8.1 Cleaning

Disconnect the mains plug before you begin cleaning your SensoWash.

The SensoWash D-Code toilet seat has been manufactured from environmentally

friendly materials. The sealed, non-porous surface of the toilet seat provides the best
possible conditions for optimal hygiene.
In order to enjoy your SensoWash
to note the following points:
• Clean the fittings, including the hinges, only with warm water and a mild cleaning
agent.
Then rub dry thoroughly.
• Never use abrasive, acidic or chlorine-containing cleaning agents, because they
can lead to yellow discolouration or delamination.
The best agents for trouble-free, thorough cleaning are neutral soap or mild, natu-
ral household washing up liquid.
Wipe off with a slightly damp cloth after cleaning.
• Fittings and hinges must not come in contact with toilet cleaning agents. When us-
ing toilet cleaning agents please raise the seat and lid, and only lower them after
the cleaning agent has been rinsed out of the toilet bowl completely, because the
fumes from the cleanser could attack the surface.
