Why does the Lucca require GPS
reception?
The system must know where it is lo-
cated or where it is moving. This is
accomplished with the help of GPS
satellites. Without GPS reception,
navigating is not possible.
What can I do if the Lucca receives
GPS signals poorly?
If you change your location and the
device is switched off, e.g. after travel
by plane, it is possible that the Lucca
cannot establish a GPS reception for
an extended period of time.
Move to the outside. The Lucca au-
tomatically searches for GPS signals.
After a few minutes, your Lucca is op-
erational again.
In which countries is TMC available?
The following countries currently of-
fer TMC service: Germany, Denmark,
Sweden, Finland, Norway, England,

Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Swit-
zerland, France, Italy, Spain and
Czech Republic. Hungary and Poland
plan to introduce it.
Which cards can I use?
Commercial SD or MMC cards.
Which data format is required for an
SD/MMC card?
FAT 16/32.
What can I use an SD/MMC card for
with the Lucca?
You can use SD cards with a capacity
of up to 4 GB. The Lucca recognises
the following data:
