Problem
The compressor does not
start immediately after
pressing the ActionFreeze,
or after changing the tem‐
perature.
Temperature cannot be
set.
The temperature in the ap‐
pliance is too low/too high.
7.2 Customer Service
If your appliance is still not working
properly after making the above checks,
contact the nearest Authorised Service
Centre.
To obtain fast service, it is essential that
when you apply for it you specify the
model and serial number of your
appliance which can be found either on
the guarantee certificate or on the rating
plate located on the external right side of
the appliance.
Possible cause
The water drainage plug is
not correctly positioned.
Temperature is set incor‐
rectly.
This is normal, no error
has occurred.
The ActionFreeze function
is switched on.
The temperature regulator
is not set correctly.
The lid is not closed cor‐
rectly.
The products' temperature
is too high.
Many products are stored
at the same time.
The thickness of the frost
is greater than 4-5 mm.
The lid has been opened
often.
The ActionFreeze function
is switched on.
Products to be frozen are
placed too closely to each
other.
7.3 Replacing the lamp
Solution
Position the water drain‐
age plug in the correct
way.
Refer to "Operation" chap‐
ter.
The compressor starts af‐
ter a period of time.
Refer to "ActionFreeze
function".
Set a higher/lower temper‐
ature.
Refer to "Opening and
closing the lid".
Let the product tempera‐
ture decrease to room tem‐
perature before storage.
Store less products at the
same time.
Defrost the appliance.
Open the lid only if neces‐
sary.
Refer to "ActionFreeze
function".
Make sure that there is
cold air circulation in the
appliance.
The appliance is equipped
with a longlife LED interior
light.
It is strongly recommended
to use original spare parts
only.
