Picture / sound output

SCART output

Select here what kind of signal the player shall supply for the SCART input of your TV set. Take your TV's
manual to see what is the high quality picture format your TV can receive via SCART socket.
See also the connection pages 34-39.
Be sure to have the appropriate settings with your TV too.
• When using
• If your TV can receive s-video (Y/C) and RGB via SCART socket, select RGB (player and TV).

Select "SCART Output"; press number button 8.

a If your TV can only receive normal (composit)
video via SCART socket, select "Video"; press
number button 1.

b If your TV can receive s-video (Y/C) via SCART
socket, select "S-video"; press number button 2.

c If your TV can receive RGB, select "RGB"; press number button 3.

To exit set-up menu press return button.

Digital audio output

According to your audio equipment connected to the digital output of this player (coaxial or optical) select one
of these options.
