Troubleshooting

Fault
The door does not
open when signing in
on the door lock, the
red LED flashes three
times.
Red and green LEDs
flash alternately.
Red LED lights up,
green LED flashes
quickly five times, then
green LED lights up
and red LED flashes
quickly five times.
EN
Cause
Access denied.
Reading device
reports a read error.
Battery power low.
No more access
authorisations can
be stored for clean-
ing and access
control staff.
Troubleshooting
Remedy
➤ You do not have the authorisa-
tion to open the door.
➤ Try it once more. When this fails
to work, contact those respon-
sible for the locking system.
➤ Replace the batteries.
➤ Delete some accesses from the
card or create a new card.
