Programming
Hold: In the hold mode, the white balance color temperature is
computed as a reference at the moment HOLD is selected with the
center selection button (
range remains constant.
The camera will maintain a white balance setting at the current color
temperature read within the range of 2000 – 11000 K.
To set the white balance mode:
At the Main Menu, use the up and
down buttons (
the WHITE BALANCE option, use
the right and left buttons (
to move to and between the
options (ATW, ATW-WIDE, and
HOLD), then press the center
selection button (

Note: If selecting the Hold option, first fill the viewing area with a neutral background of
white or gray.

OCATIONS
The location settings provide three presets and one customizable setting
for defining the lighting environment that the camera is viewing.
General: Use this setting for high-contrast scenes where there is
no specific focus on lighter or darker areas.
Outside: Use this setting for outdoor environments or high-
contrast scenes where the focus is on the darker areas of the
scene.
Office: Use this setting for office environments using fluorescent
or tungsten lighting. This setting has the lowest maximum
dynamic range of the three preset settings.
Custom WDR: Use the options of this setting to adjust the limits
of the dynamic range.
