5. Installation and operation 5.1 Installation Positioning • Unpack the device and remove all packing material. CAUTION! Never remove the rating plate and any warning signs from the device. • Place the device on top of an even, stable, dry, and water-resistant surface which supports the weight of the device and is not heat sensitive. -

5.2 Operation • Before using the device, clean it in accorance with the instructions in section 6 „Cleaning and descaling“. • Pour the desired amount of water into the tank (up to the „MAX“ mark). • When using the device, make sure it always contains a drinkable liquid. The device must not hold any liquids unsuitable for drinking such as acids, bases, oils, nitrates, etc.! NOTE! - Page 15 • To pour hot water, place an appropriate container (glass, cup or mug) under the drain tap. Press the tap lever down and hold it unti the desired amount of water is poured. When finished pouring, release the tap lever and the tap will close automatically. •...
