The effects of these commands are as follows:

1. Adjust: Opens the Cap Properties window to allow adjustment of video
parameters (Color, Exposure, WB, Frame Rate, Power Frequency, etc.).
2. Enable:
Activates or deactivates the real-time processing effects
(described below) and/or real-time measurement.

The rest of the commands in the Video menu are also accessible via
the toolbar.
