HINWEIS
Gehäusedeckel nicht am Erdungsband abhängen.
•
Elektrische Zuleitung abschalten und warten bis die
Sonde abgekühlt ist.
•
Wetterschutzhaube abnehmen.
•
Durch Drehen des Griffs (Pos. 21) das Filterelement
herausziehen. Schwenkarm zur Seite klappen und
Filterkolben herausziehen.
•
Filterelementverschraubung (Pos. 6) vom Träger-
element (Pos. 9) lösen. Filterelement und Flach-
dichtungen herausnehmen.
•
Filter (Pos. 8) und/oder Flachdichtungen (Pos. 7) er-
setzen. Nut am Dichtkolben des Filterhalter Träger-
elements (Pos. 10) reinigen und die zwei O-Ringe
mit einem nicht metallischen Werkzeug (holz- oder
kunststoffkeil) entfernen (Pos. 11 und 12).
•
Neue O-Ringe dünn mit PTFE-Paste benetzen und
aufziehen.
•
Flachdichtungen (Pos. 7) und Filter (Pos. 8) montie-
ren.
•
Filterelementverschraubung festziehen (Pos. 6).
•
Dichtungsflächen in der Sonde reinigen.
•
Anschließend erfolgt Montage in umgekehrter Rei-
henfolge.
9.2.
Ersetzen des ABS Glasabscheidefilters
•
Anschluss der beheizte Messgasleitung am ABS-Fil-
tergehäuse (Pos. 80) entfernen.
•
Optionalen Anschluss der kondensatentsorgung
am ABS-Filtergehäuse (Pos. 83) entfernen.
•
Spannverschluss am ABS-Filtergehäuse (Pos. 82)
öffnen.
•
ABS-Filtergehäuse entfernen.
•
Neues ABS-Filtergehäuse mit neuen ABS Filterku-
geln befülllen (Pos. 81) und mit Spannverschluss
am Anschlusskopf montieren. Auf korrekte Ausrich-
tung (siehe Foto) des Filtergehäuses sowie auf Sitz
der O-Ring Dichtung (Pos. 84) achten!
•
Anschlüsse für beheizte Messgasleitung und kon-
densatentsorgung wiederherstellen.
9.3.
Kondensatpumpe
Pumpenschlauch, Rollenträger und Laufband der kon-
densatpumpe sind Verbrauchsteile. Sie sind in Abhän-
gigkeit der Einsatzbedingungen regelmäßig zu ersetzen:
Pumpenschlauch spätestens nach 6 Monaten, Rollen-
träger und Laufband spätenstens nach 12 Monaten.
Für den Ersatz der kondensatpumpenschläuche sind
folgende Schritte vorzunehmen:

Den Messgaskühler abschalten (Gerät span-
nungs-frei machen).

NOTE
Do not use earthing cable to hold weight of housing
cover.
•
Switch off the power supply and wait for cooling
down of the probe.
•
Remove the weather protection housing.
•
Turn away the handle (pos. 21) for pulling out the
filter element. Swing the pivoting lever sideways and
pull out the support tube with the filter element.
•
Loosen tighten piston (pos. 6) from the support tube
(pos. 9). Pull out filter element and gaskets.
•
Replace filter element (pos. 8) and/or gaskets (pos.
7). clean groove on tighting piston of filter retainer
(pos. 10) and remove O-rings (pos. 11 and 12) with
a non-metallic tool (wood or plastic wedge).
•
Apply a thin wetting of PTFE paste on O-rings and
pull them on.
•
Remount gaskets (pos. 7) and filter element (pos.
8).
•
Screw on the filter element-screw (pos. 6).
•
clean the sealing surfaces in sample probe.
•
Mount all other parts in vice versa sequence.
9.2.
Replacement of ABS glass separator filter
•
Disconnect heated sample line from ABS-filter hou-
sing (pos. 80).
•
Disconnect optional condensate drain from ABS-fil-
ter housing (pos. 83).
•
Open fastener of the ABS-filter housing(pos. 82).
•
Remove ABS-filter housing.
•
Fill new ABS-filter housing with new ABS-filter balls
(pos. 81) and mount it with fastener on the con-
necting head. check the correct alignment of the fil-
ter housing (see picture) and the fitting of the o-ring
gasket (pos. 84)!
•
Reconnect heated sample line and optional conde-
sate drain.
9.3.
Condensate pump
Pump hose, pulley holder and tubing cover are consum-
ables. They have to be replaced regularly depending on
operating conditions: pump hoses at the latest after 6
months, pulley holder and tubing cover at the latest after
12 month.
For replacing condensate pump hoses following actions
are necessary:
•
Switch sample gas cooler off (disconnect
mains).
