15. Do not attempt to raise, lower, or move the
treadmill until it is properly assembled. You
must be able to safely lift 25 lbs. (11 kg) to
raise, lower, or move the treadmill.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Thank you for selecting the new HEALTHRIDER
treadmill. The H10T treadmill offers a selection of fea-
tures designed to make your workouts at home more
effective. And when youʼre not exercising, the treadmill
can be folded up, requiring less than half the floor
space of other treadmills.
For your benefit, read this manual carefully before
