    When held in neutral, the brakes are engaged. 1. Start engine and engage PTO. 2. Release operator presence control lever(s). Engine Steering Lever Latches (988100, 102, 103, 110, 112) must stop. The steering lever latches hold the steering levers in neutral 3. Disengage PTO.
