You will need the parts identified on page 4 and 5 of this instruction manual. NOTE: IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO USE GLUE WITH DOWELS. EXCESS GLUE CAN BE WIPED OFF WITH DAMP CLOTH.

  • Page 6 Drawer Assembling Cam Bolt Small Cam Lock (5 used in this step) 4 used in this step ⑧ ② 1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts. Assemble the unit on a carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch. 2.
  • Page 7 Drawer Assembling M6 x 30 mm Wood Dowel Small Cam Lock (1 used in this step) 1 used in this step ③ ⑧ 4. Connect the Drawer Bottom Support (P) to the Drawer Front Panel (L) by engaging one Wood Dowel (3) and one Small Cam Lock (8).
  • Page 8 Drawer Assembling 5. Slide one Drawer Bottom Panel (Q) into the grooves between the Drawer Side Panels (M and N) until fully inserted into the groove of the Drawer Front Panel (L).

Fasten the Drawer Back Panel (O) to the Drawer Side Panels (M and N) and the Drawer Bottom Support (P) with six 38 mm Screws (9). Make sure that Drawer Bottom Panel (Q) fits securely into the groove of the Drawer Back Panel (O).

Insert four M8 x 30 mm Wood Dowels (4) into the top holes on the Side Panels (A and B). Position the Top Panel (A) onto the Wood Dowels and attach in place with four Large Cam Locks (1).

Insert four M8 x 30 mm Wood Dowels (4) into the bottom holes on the Side Panels (A and B). Position the Bottom Panel (F) onto the inserted Wood Dowels and attach in place with four 50 mm Screws (10).
  • Page 17 Assembly Instructions M3.5 x 15 mm Washer Head Screw (26 used in this step) ⑪ 17. Now, go back and tighten all Cam Locks and Screws. Make sure that all the parts are tight and there are no gaps between the pieces. This will help keep the unit square. 18.

Insert the assembled drawers into the frame. Extend the Ball Bearing Slide Tracks on the Side Panels (A and B) all the way forward (including ball bearing cart).
  • Page 19 Assembly Instructions Shelf Pin (12 used in this step) ⑬ 22. Insert the Shelf Pins (13) into the holes on the Side Panels (A and B), making sure the 4 shelf pins are rest on the same level. Rest the Adjustable Shelves (G) onto these installed Shelf Pins.

Ask for assistance to position the unit at the desired location against a wall. If necessary, adjust the pre- attached floor levelers at the bottom of the Legs (K) to level the unit. 24.
