I do not know what model camera I have but I am unable to power it on and can not find a manual for it. I tried resetting it, but that did not work either.

To troubleshoot a PEZTIO DASH CAM that won't power on:
1. Check Power Source: Ensure the 12-volt power source (such as the cigarette lighter socket) is working. Try plugging in another device to confirm.
2. Inspect Power Cable: Make sure the power cable is securely connected to both the dash cam and the power source. Check for damage or loose connections.
3. Try Another Power Method: If using a hardwired setup, switch to the 12-volt power adapter temporarily to test if the issue is with the hardwiring.
4. Hold Power Button: Long press the power button to turn the device on.
5. Check Fuse: If hardwired, inspect the fuse in the power cable or fuse tap for a possible blown fuse.
If the dash cam still does not power on after these steps, further diagnosis or replacement may be needed.

I want to mount the camera to the dash board, not the windshield. How to I flip the orientation so it is not upside down?

To change the orientation of the PEZTIO DASH CAM for dashboard mounting, ensure the lens is in the correct recording direction. If the image on the screen appears upside down, mount the dash cam on the windshield using the diagram in the instructions, as dashboard mounting may result in incorrect image orientation.

This product needs a cell phone to operate? A 'smart phone?' I have a Galaxy A10e phone, which I believe will NOT work! I will be receiving my dash cam today from Amazon. Before I open the package I need to know IF my camera will work with your dash cam, so to avoid wasting time, and becoming frustrated if the phone doesn't work. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The PEZTIO DASH CAM does not require a smartphone to operate. It has a touch screen interface and automatically records when powered. However, some models have Wi-Fi functionality that allows connection to a smartphone for viewing and managing recordings.
The compatibility of the Galaxy A10e with the PEZTIO DASH CAM is not explicitly mentioned. If the dash cam supports Android devices and the Galaxy A10e meets the app requirements, it is likely compatible.
