    INTRODUCTION Congratulations on purchasing a Full Boar Dust Exctractor. Your Full Boar Dust Extractor FBT-6000 has been designed for extracting chippings and dust arising from the processing of wood or wood-type materials. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS WArNINg! When using mains-powered equipment, basic safety precautions, including the following, should always be followed to reduce risk of fire, electric shock, personal injury and material damage.

The term “Power Tool” in all of the warnings listed below refers to your mains operated (corded) power tool or battery operated (cordless) power tool.

    UNPACKING KNOW YOUR PRODUCT • Open the packaging and take out the equipment with care. • Remove the packaging material and any packaging and/or transportation braces (if available). • Check to see if all items are supplied. • Inspect the equipment and accessories for transport damage. • If possible, please keep the packaging until the end of the guarantee period. IMPOrTANT The equipment and packaging material are not toys. Do not let children play with plastic bags, foils or small parts.     ASSEMBLY KNOW YOUR PRODUCT WArNINg! During assembly ensure the dust extractor is switched OFF and unplugged from the power supply. 1. Undo the two nuts (E) on both sides of the extractor housing (13) (Fig. 3). 2. Guide the side panels (12) over the screws on the extractor housing (13) and secure them with the nuts (E) (Fig.

    MAINTENANCE WArNINg! Ensure the dust extractor is switched off and disconnected from the power supply before performing any maintenance or cleaning. • Keep air vents clean of dust and dirt. • We recommend that you clean the device after each time you have finished using it. • Empty dust and dirt from the debris bags regularly. • Remove dust and dirt from the dust extractor housing and motor housing regularly with a soft cloth, brush or compressed air. • If the power cord is damaged, have it replaced by an electrician or a power tool repairer. • Regularly check that all bolts, screws and nuts are securely fixed as these could work loose during normal operation. Note: Ozito Industries will not be responsible for any damage or injuries caused by the repair of the drill press by an unauthorised person or by mishandling of the pedestal drill.
