100 Air conditioner
Troubleshooting for power supply and CAN communication system (Air conditioner does not operate)
Cause
5 Open circuit in wiring harness
6 Defective air conditioner controller Replace air conditioner controller.
7 Defective air conditioner unit
8 Defective machine monitor
Circuit diagram related to power supply

Procedure, measuring location, criteria and remarks
1. Turn starting switch to OFF position.
2. Turn battery disconnect switch to OFF position.
3. Disconnect connector AC02.
4. Remove fuse No. 10 of fuse box F01.
Between connector AC02 (female) (4) (red) and
Resistance
F01-10
If no failure is found by above checks, air conditioner unit may be defective.
If no failure is found by above checks, machine monitor is defective.
