Installation notes
6. Fasten the hydraulic cylinder (H) to the base (A) with the help of the screws, washers and nuts
and install the connecting rod.
7. you install the foot pedal at the hydraulic cylinder and fix it with a M8x30 screw (3)
8. Install the safety holders at the connection bar. Using you here for the bar seal, the disks and
the lock buttons (5, 6 und 7)
9. Fasten the grip to the connecting rod with the help of a screw
10. You check, whether all connections are installed tightly and all screws carefully tightened

Raising weight
8. Use the pipette only on a slippery and solid underground

weight first
10. Place the pipette so that the piston stroke saddle is under the weight centrically
11. You operate the foot pedal till the piston stroke saddle comes with the burden to be raised into
touch. Fix the steering roller. Before raising, you check, that piston stroke saddle and weight
are in the right position
12. Use the foot pedal to raise the burden. Make sure that clicks in the safety-lock correctly, if the
desired height is reached.
13. You secure this one the burden with the lashing straps, if the desired height is reached.
You stabilize the pipette you adapt the stabilization screws in this on a slippery underground.
Letting weight down
4. Raise the weight carefully and release the safety catch of the safety-lock
5. You convert the handle bar if pipettes want this you to let down completely
6. Be quite carefully engaged to let down the burden for certain again.
Maintenance
Exclusively use hydraulic oil and no other liquids, such as braking cleaner, engine oil or oil polluted.

An oil change should be carried out at least every 6 months. Oil level is about 2.5 cm the recommend-
ed below the one filling opening.
