2 During writing to the FLASH ROM
During writing to the FLASH ROM, the SOUND MAXIMIZER ON/OFF button flashes.
When writing is completed, the button stops flashing and lights.

3 When updating is completed
You can turn the unit off after loading of the above-mentioned DSP updating data then writing to the FLASH ROM
are successfully completed and you make sure that the CUE button is unlit. (If an error is generated during updating,
the ZONE CUE button flashes.)
• Updating completion indication (error indication)
3. When successive updating of two or more programs among the DSP program, DSP data, and USB program are required,
download the firmware for updating again to the PC and repeat the same updating procedures as mentioned above.
4. After updating of the DSP or the USB is completed, download the firmware for normal operations to the main
microcomputer.
Note: With the firmware for updating the DSP or the USB loaded in the main microcomputer, normal operations of the
DJM-5000 cannot be performed.
