QuickTime 6.3 should automatically load and video streaming should
begin.
Note: During streaming it is possible to retrieve a live JPEG Shot (video image
capture). To do so press the JPEG Shot button. This will close
QuickTime and halt video streaming for 5-10 seconds while the JPEG
image is being received and stored in the folder containing the Control
Center executable. Once the JPEG image has been received QuickTime
will reload and video streaming will resume.

1.3.3 Ending a MPEG4 Session

Step:
1)
Go to the MPEG4 Encoder menu (Section 2.2).

Click Stop Encode
3)
Wait for confirmation, seen in the window, that streaming has stopped. If
a confirmation is not received wait until the Start Encode button becomes
active again.
4)
Click the Exit button.
Note: Both the Control Center and the GV1000 must be reloaded before MPEG4
encoding may resume. To do so, power down the GV1000 and then
reload the Control Center software.

1.3.4 Using JPEG Mode

Step:

Go to the JPEG Encoder menu (Section 2.3)

Ensure the following:

Click Capture.

A prompt will appear to determine where to store the JPEG image.

Codec is MPEG4.
-
Bit rate is 28000bps.
-
Frame rate is either 10 or 15 fps.
-
GOP (Section 2.2.9) is between 30 and 60
-
AC Prediction / IMB in P are ON
-
I Frame Detect and Frame Drop are OFF
-
Frame Size is VGA.
-
Compression Level is Low or Medium.
-
Encode source is From Sensor.
-
Input Color Space is YUV4:2:2
