21. WITHOUT BATTERY:
•
Disconnect white plug (S) near hood harness
and remove battery cable. Installation is done.
•
If a battery is not installed the GPS puck will
loose satellite connection and take 30 to 120
seconds to establish connection. User will
not save tracks when GPS connection is not
established. Additionally, the user will not be
able to power the display when the engine is
not running.
22. WITH BATTERY:
•
Route battery cable wire (T) along frame
following existing wires.
•
Secure the cable with three zip ties (V) as
shown in the figures for the correct sled style.
•
Zip ties connect to hood harness at two white
tape spots and one centered in between the
diode and fuse.
•
Install negative and positive leads to battery.
