62005SB Sicherheitshinweise für das Heißluftgebläse Mit diesem Gerät können Sie die unterschiedlichsten Arbeiten durchführen z.B. Weichlöten, Verformen von Kunststoffen, Entfernen von Farben, Verschweißen, Trocknen, Schmelzen und verarbeiten von Schrumpfschläuchen. • Tragen sie beim Arbeiten grundsätzlich Arbeitshandschuhe. • Schützen Sie das Gerät vor Nässe. - Page 3 62005SB Empfohlene Nennbetriebsdauer max. 20 Minuten bei Dauerbelastung. Ruhepause nach Dauerbetrieb 5-10 Minuten. Inbetriebnahme • Die Netzspannung auf dem Typenschild muss mit der Spannung des Stromnetzes übereinstimmen. • Schließen sie das Heißluftgebläse nur in ausgeschalteten Zustand an das Stromnetz • Mit dem Betriebsschalter können zwei verschiedene Gebläse- Geschwindigkeitsstufen eingestellt werden.
- Page 4 62005SB Anwendungen • Entfernen von Farben und Lacke durch Heißluft und Farbschaber. • Entfernen von Abziehbildern und Aufklebern glatten Flächen. • Enteisen von Rohren und Schlössern etc. Achtung: Nicht zum Enteisen von Kunststoffrohren verwenden. • Verarbeiten von Schrumpffolien und Schläuchen.

62005SB Operation Accepts accessory nozzles Heat guard Two Speed switch control Ventilation opening Using heat gun This product is very light and easy to use. The variable heat control allows for low to high working temperature setting. Before plugging into the electrical outlet, make sure the power switch is in the off position. - Page 7 62005SB Paint and varnish removal Turn on the gun and allow it to reach full heating power. Hold the nozzle 3” to 4” from the paint to be moved. After short time, paint will soften and begin blistering. Do not overheat paint, as this will cause buring and make the finish more difficult to remove.

62005SB Note • Never use the heat gun in combination with chemical strippers. • Clean dry paint or vanish from the nozzle and scrapers after use. It could ignite. • Use in well ventilated areas only.
