Problem
Rotor does not spin.
Rotor rotates slow or sluggish.
Excessive vibration.
Smoke emitting from engine exhaust
pipe.
Probable Cause
Rotor jammed.
Drive belt loose.
Drive belt loose.
Debris lodged in rotor.
Dirty or clogged engine air filter.
Solution
Lock out power and clear debris from
rotor.
Tighten drive belt.
Tighten drive belt.
Lock out power and clear debris from
rotor.
Change engine air filter.
