Follow these instructions for mounting the 17A00-9 into the Leviton Structured Media Center, UStec tecCenter, Open House Service Center and the Siemon Command Center

Insert a plastic grommet into the four holes of the mounting bracket marked "A". Insert one of the plastic plungers into each of the grommets.

Locate the holes in the UStec tecCenter labeled "A" in the figure below. Start an 8-32 x 1/4" self tapping screw in each.
