13.10 Can't Create a High Humidity Alarm / Shutdown
These troubleshooting steps assume that the Humidity Element is removed from
the Humidity Block during the Testing Humidity Alarm and System Shutdown
(section 9.12 ) procedures.

Humidity Sensor Cable
disconnected
Defective Humidity
Sensor
Defective Control Board Verify that Humidity

13.11 High Flow Rate Alarm

Air leak in downstream
cable outside of Dryer
Air leak inside of Dryer
High Flow Alarm set
point too low

13.12 High Cabinet Temperature Alarm

Possible Cause
Fan Failure
High Ambient
Temperature

Verify that Humidity
Sensor cable is
connected to the Control
Board
Verify that Humidity
reading fails to climb
higher than 15% or
creates sporadic
readings
reading is over 15% for
more than 1 minute
Check
Verify Flow Rate
(FLOW) reading is not
higher than expected
(section 8.5.5.2 )
Test fittings and hoses
for leaks (section 9.15 )
Verify High Flow Alarm
set point
(section 8.7.1 )
Check
Verify fan is running
(section 9.9 )
Verify temperature of
Dryer operating
location. Recommended
ambient temperature is
40°-85°F.
