Network
Configuration of network can be selected as:
• Fixed IP Address. The camera address should be set manually.
• Dynamic IP Address. The network router will assign the camera an IP address.
Port Settings (HTTP) sets the network port, which will be used upon remote accessing
the camera. If the users fails to gain access to the camera, the Internet supplier's custom-
ers service or the customer service of the router manufacturer should be contacted for
instruction on opening the network port.
Port Setting (RTSP) is used for connecting the camera thru an RTSP protocol (Real Time
Streaming Protocol) in cases streaming thru such services is desired.

Onvif Settings
The SafeHome M-Serie supports the ONVIF (Open Network Video Interface Forum) com-
munication protocol for pairing with other similar ONVIF surveillance devices.
Alarm
Alarm in
This menu is not used by the
SafeHome M-Series. Therefore,
do not tick this checkbox.
Motion Detection
By ticking the checkboxes
Window (1-4), selection
windows are displayed and
can individually be adjusted in
size and sensitivity level. Once
the preferred sensitivity level
is set, click Apply (5) to save.
The camera will now activate
the alarm whenever required
motion in the surveyed area is
registered.
Sound Alarm
The SafeHome M-series can be activated by sound (only indoor
models with microphone). To activate this feature, set Sound
Alarm to On and input the desired sensitivity 1-100.

Alarm
Select which actions the camera should perform upon motion/sound detection.
(1) Tick for storage of picture/video on the
microSD card if available.
(2) Tick for storage of picture/video on FTP
server if available.
(3) For external alarmunits. Not possible on
the SafeHome M-Series. Do not tick.
(4) Activates the email notifications with pic-
ture emails upon motion detection.
(5) For external alarmunits. Not possible on
the SafeHome M-Series. Do not tick.
Always remember to click Apply to save set-
tings
Schedule
Schedule enables the builtin scheduler for automatic activation of surveillance during
defined periods. Click Apply to save settings.
Advanced
User
Three user account with differentiated permission levels can be set and modified here.
For security purposes, it is strongly advised, to always change the passwords of all three
levels upon first login as administrator.
Administrator: Admin - highest authority, and able to modify all settings. The default
password is 123456.
User:
User - permitted to operate the camera, but can modify no settings. The
default password is user.
Guest:
Guest - only possible to view live video. No changes or operations can be
made. The default password is guest.
