    This document contains Sun StorEdge 5310 Cluster quick setup instructions. For more detail, refer to the Sun StorEdge 5310 NAS Appliance Hardware Installation, Configuration, and User Guide. Note – Use these instructions instead of the Setting Up the Sun StorEdge 5310 NAS poster which is intended for single-head system setup only.

    Caution – The expansion enclosures and controller enclosures must always be powered up and properly connected to each other and the Sun StorEdge 5310 Cluster before powering up the Sun StorEdge 5310 Cluster. The expansion enclosures must be powered up first, before the controller enclosures and Sun StorEdge 5310 Cluster.
