    Bedienungsanleitung Vierdorncrimpzange 97 52 64 1. Allgemeines Die Vierdorncrimpzange 97 52 64 wird zum Vercrimpen von gedrehten Stift- und Buchsen-kontakten für Leiterquerschnitte von 0,08 bis 2,5 mm² eingesetzt. Die Handcrimpzange ist nur für den in der Bedienungsanleitung beschriebenen Zweck zu verwenden. Eine eigenmächtige Veränderung, oder eine nicht bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung der Handcrimpzange schließt eine Haftung des Herstellers für daraus resultierende Schäden aus.

  • Page 5 Bedienungsanleitung Vierdorncrimpzange 97 52 64 5. Wartung und Reparatur Die Handcrimpzange muß vor Arbeitsbeginn in einem ordnungsgemäßen und sauberen Zustand sein. Crimprückstände sind aus der Zange zu entfernen. Die Gelenke sind regelmäßig mit leichtem Maschinenöl zu ölen und vor Verschmutzung zu schützen. Es ist darauf zu achten, dass alle Bolzendurch Sicherungsringe gesichert sind.

General Information The 4-indent crimp tool 97 52 64 has been developed for optimal crimping of turned pin and bush contacts and wire ranges 0.8 to 2.5 mm². The tool has only to be used for the application described below, thus the manufacturer not being liable for damages caused by improper use or unauthorized technical modifications of the tool.
