Congratulations on purchasing an MDB Family product. This product will provide many years of service
if you adhere to the following guidelines for assembly, maintenance and operation. This product is for
residential use only. Any institutional use is strictly prohibited.
Please be sure to follow the instructions for proper assembly. Use a Phillips head screwdriver for
assembling the product in addition to the Allen wrench included in the hardware box. Do not use power
screwdrivers. All of our products are made from natural woods. Please understand that natural woods
have color variations which are the result of nature and not defects in workmanship.
DO NOT SUBSTITUTE PARTS. ALL MODELS HAVE THE SAME QUANTITY OF PARTS AND HARD-
WARE. YOUR MODEL MAY LOOK DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE ILLUSTRATED DUE TO STYLIS-
TIC VARIATIONS.

  • Page 4 Step 3: Insert Cam Locks (H3) into Support Rails (E,F and G) and into Cupboard Bottom (H) Step 4: Insert five Cam Bolts into Right Side Panel (B) Align dowel holes on F and G with appropriate pre-drilled holes on Right Side Panel (B). Use Cam Locks (H3) to fasten. Step 5: Align holes on Cupboard Bottom (H) with Cam Locks (H3) on Right Side Panel (B).
  • Page 5 Step 6: Screw two Cam Bolts (H2) into right side of Middle Panel (C) after installing the Right Panel Glides (H8) onto Middle Panel (C). Align dowels on the bottom of C with pre-drilled holes in the Center of F and G and C (left side up) Cam Bolts (H2) on C with pre-drilled holes on H.
  • Page 6 Step 12: Align dowels on Side Panels (A and B) with pre-drilled holes on D. Lower D onto assembled case piece. Use Cam Bolts (H3) to tighten. Place Metal Pegs (H12) into pre-drilled holes on B and C. Lower Cupboard Shelf (P) onto Metal Pegs.
