STEP 1. Insert a metal dowel (O) into each end of the top front (D) and back (C) rails and also the four shelf rails (E). Use the Allen head bolts (K) and washers (L) to attach the rails to the left panel (A).

K & L STEP 4. Place a barrel nut (M) into each rail end. Place the right panel (B) in position on the changer assembly and attach it with Allen head bolts and washers. STEP 5. Attach the metal cross brace (H) to the underside of the top shelf using two Phillips head screws (V).

STEP 7. FURNITURE ANTI-TIPPING KIT INSTALLATION Serious or fatal crushing can occur when furniture tips over on children. To help prevent tip-over, follow the steps below to install this anti-tipping strap. WARNING Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tip-over. To help prevent tip-over: Place heaviest item in the lowest drawers.

Restraint System WARNING: During the diaper changing process, be sure always to keep one hand on the baby to prevent the baby from falling off the changing pad. Falling from the changing pad could cause severe injury or even death to the baby. Step 1.
