Chapter 1
The Thermo Scientific Merlin Recirculating Chiller is designed to provide a con-
tinuous supply of cooling fluid at a constant temperature and flow. The chiller is
hard-plumbed and has an air-cooled refrigeration system, plate heat exchanger,
recirculating pump, polyethylene reservoir, and a microprocessor temperature
controller.
