Software Products are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. TAINET
disclaims all warranties including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness
for a particular purpose. TAINET shall not be liable for any loss of use, interruption of
business or indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
TAINET shall do its best to provide end users with Software updates during the
warranty period under this Agreement.
TAINET has not been notified of any intellectual property rights or others which may be
infringed by the Products or the promotion, marketing, sale (or resale), or servicing
thereof in the Territory, but TAINET makes NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
WITH RESPECT THERETO.
