    Keysight E5053A Microwave Downconverter User’s Guide Installation This chapter provides information on how to set up the Keysight E5053A microwave downconverter. Incoming inspection When you receive the product, follow the steps below to perform the incoming inspection. If there are signs of shipping damage to any portion of the outer enclosure when opening the package (for example, the cover, front/rear panel, power switch, and port connectors), do not turn on the power.
