On-board Diagnostic System

The on-board diagnostic system consists of the following functions:
–
Self test
–
PID monitor
–
Simulation test
Self Test
•
The self-test function allows the Advanced Keyless Entry and Start System DTCs to be
displayed. To do this connect M-MDS to the vehicle and select the option Toolbox→
Self Test→Modules→RKE.
PID Monitor
•
The PID monitor function allows the PIDs for the Advanced Keyless Entry and Start
System to be monitored. To do this connect M-MDS to the vehicle and select the option
Toolbox→Datalogger→Modules→RKE.
