If the remote control is not used for
long periods, the batteries should be
removed from the battery compart-
ment.

Remove all used batteries when
changing the batteries. Do not use
new batteries with old ones or batter-
ies of different types. Leaking batter-
ies can damage the remote control.

Use type AAA R03 1.5 V batteries
only. Rechargeable batteries are not
suitable.
Remove cover 1 of the battery
compartment 3 on the back of the
remote control.
For this purpose, lightly press
into the recess 2 with the
thumb and push the cover down-
ward.

Remove the discharged batteries
from the battery compartment.
Insert the new batteries 4. For this
purpose, observe the markings
molded into the remote control
housing "+" and "-".
Push the cover onto the battery
compartment until it engages audi-
bly. Please ensure that the cover is
securely fitted.
