Problem
No power.
The power is on, but
the unit does not work.
The unit does not start
playback.
The remote control
does not work properly.
Poor picture quality
and sound distortion.
No picture.
No sound.

Plug the power cord into the wall outlet securely.
Insert a disc.
y Insert a playable disc. (Check the disc type and regional code.)
y Change the rating level.
y Point the remote control at the unit.
y Operate the remote control closer to the unit.
Wipe the disc from the center to out with a clean cloth. Do not use strong
solvents. (alcohol, benzine, thinner, commercially available cleaners)
y Select the appropriate video input mode on the TV.
y Connect the video cable securely.
y Select the correct input mode of the audio amplifier.
y Set the AUDIO settings to the correct position.
