Intended audience
This document is intended for system administrators, Hitachi Data Systems
representatives, and authorized service providers who are involved in
installing, configuring, and operating the Hitachi Virtual Storage Platform.
Readers of this document should have at least the following knowledge and
experience:
•
A background in data processing and an understanding of RAID storage
systems and their basic functions.
•
Familiarity with the Hitachi Virtual Storage Platform, the Storage
Navigator software that runs on it, and the Hitachi Storage Navigator
User Guide.
•
Familiarity with the operating system and web browser software on the
system hosting the Storage Navigator software.
