The carrier must be notified within fifteen (15) days of the delivery of the broiler and the carton, skid and all packaging materials must be retained for inspection. • Duke Manufacturing Co. cannot assume liability for loss or damage suffered in transit. The carrier assumes full responsibility for delivery in good order when the shipment was accepted. However, we are prepared to assist you with filing your claim.
