◆ The spring

If sufficiently wound, duration of spring is 42 hours.
Sufficient winding ensures stable and accurate operation.
Winding guide
• Automatic winding
When worn on the wrist, the normal
movement of the arm will wind the spring.
Please make sure to wear it for at least 8
hours daily. In case most of your work is at
a desk and there is little arm movement, it
may result in insufficient winding. In such
cases, please wind manually.
When fully wound, further rotating the crown will not damage the spring.
This watch is a mechanical automatic winding watch
(manual winding function also available).
Handling the Watch
• Manual winding
Rotate the crown clockwise in position 0 to
wind the spring.
If the watch has stopped, rotating the crown
around 40 times will result in sufficient
winding of the spring.
