Introduction You have chosen Flexi, the multi-flexible, height-adjustable, easy-to-mount frame. The frame may be used separately or in combination with Diagonal or Verti, the adjustable system for wall cupboards. The frame has no inconvenient fascia and, consequently, the adjustment of the working height from 65 to 95 cm + worktop thickness may be fully utilised. -

Installation information Minimum area for reinforcement of wall. Wall material must be suitable for screw mounting. Area for electric and plumbing installations. Max. load 150kg evenly distributed over the worktop up to 300cm in width, according to DS/EN 12182. Minimum load capacity per screw/bolt: 40 kg The fitter should always consider the material, condition and strength of the wall and use screws and rawlplugs suitable for the specific wall type. - Page 6 It is advisable to place water supply and waste within the hatched area. Also it is important to use flexible hoses for water supply and waste to ensure that the Flexi will move freely without obstacles within the height adjustment range 65-95 cm. excl. worktop. It is advisable to place the water supply and waste close to the sink.

Strip / Smartbox should be used for each frame. Recommendations: • Ropox recommendation is to always make use of fascias on all 3 sides Start-up: • The frame must move freely and unimpeded throughout height adjustment. Check all connections of flexible hoses, cables etc. -

Mounting instructions The equipment should always be assembled by competent personnel. Prior to assembly check that all parts have been provided. See list of components, from page 20. 7.1.11 Move the stop rings on the spindle to both sides, so that the stop ring always faces the leg. Secure it by fastening the screw in the stop rings. Mounting of fittings for front fascia 7.3.1 Fittings for mounting of the wooden 7.3.2 On the outermost support arms we front fascia are provided, recommend pointing the front corresponding to the number of fascia fittings towards the middle of support arms. Place the front fascia the frame to prevent them from fittings on the side of the support arm conflicting with the side fascia. -
