3. Next, rotate the solar panel facing down again until the voltage drops below 1.5 volts and
observe that the current and power go back to zero as shown in the plot below.

4. Finally, place the solar panel directly into the light source (sun is best) and observe that
the voltage, current and power levels increase correspondingly. The solar panel will now
electrolyze the water completely and fill the hydrogen balloon for the next experiment.
Remove the solar panel from the circuit when the hydrogen balloon is filled.
